Nice quiet room with a comfortable bed, pillows and blanket. I absolutely hate dirty bathrooms when I go to a hotel but these bathrooms were immaculate and contained everything I needed so I didn't have to call down for a shower cap or extra shampoo. The room faced the harbor and was very spacious. Hotel staff is professional but friendly. I was having issues trying to print my boarding pass so the guy at concierge actually logged onto his own computer so check in for me. Beautiful views, great variety of dining, shopping & entertainment opportunities within walking distance. Not as upscale as I thought it would be for a Hyatt Regency 3-1/2 star hotel. Parking fee of $16/day was a turnoff. ...read more

Excellent room all around. Restaurant food was superb especially the coffee. We had Charizo omelet. Absolutely a surprise. Check out was quick, attentive, and friendly. Loved the hotel.

We visit Long Beach quite often and have stayed at many hotels. I would say it is average for a 3 to 4 star hotel. Nothing great though.
